Have a Cow, Man. In Fact, Have Two!

This week is Shabbat Parah, the third of the four special Torah readings read before Passover.
Parah means cow, and the section describes the red heifer that was killed as part of an ancient purification ritual . We are reminded to purify our homes - and ourselves - with the festival fast approaching. See this explanation of this week's haftarah.
